Easter Bank Holiday Closure Notice

Please be aware that our practice will be closed on the following dates for the Easter Bank Holidays:

• Friday 18th April (Good Friday)
• Monday 21st April (Easter Monday)

We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 22nd April.

Please plan ahead for your healthcare needs

If you take regular medication, we kindly ask that you order your prescriptions in advance to ensure you get your prescriptions in time. We will be unable to process repeat prescription requests while we are closed.

For urgent medical help during our closure, please contact NHS 111 by phone or online at 111.nhs.uk

In case of a life-threatening emergency, always call 999.
