FOREIGN TRAVEL
If you require vaccinations for travel please complete the attached forms at least 6 weeks prior to travel.
You will be given a 30 minute appointment to assess which vaccinations are needed and for the “NHS funded vaccines” (tetanus/diphtheria/polio/typhoid/hepatitis A) to be given.
Channel View Medical Practice is unable to provide any further vaccinations or anti-malarials but there are local, private, travel clinics that provide this service. See information below.
Many of these vaccines need to be given as a course over a few weeks so please ensure you book your appointment in good time, ideally at least 3 weeks before your departure date.
