What is the Coastal Connecting Initiative?
The Coastal Connecting initiative is about empowering individuals to confidently say, “I know where to find out about support and opportunities in and around Dawlish & Teignmouth,” instead of saying, “If only I had known that.”
Online Session
The Coastal PCN and Teignbridge CVS have worked together to produce a free 15minute online session which is accessible to anyone.
You might be interested in watching the session if:
- You speak to members of the community regularly, for example, you might be a bartender or a hairdresser, and you know it would be helpful for you to know how and where to signpost people to for support with their health and wellbeing
- You want to help the people within your community by having the resource and knowledge to hand when the people around you need health and wellbeing support
The session shares information about the resources available within your local community and gives you practical and simple ideas of how you can connect people to the support that they need.
